Johnson Farms sell fresh, all-natural, free-range turkeys for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our turkeys are sold fresh, never frozen which allows them to be juicer and more flavorful than other companies' birds. By placing your order in October, we make every effort to match your pound request with available birds.
Turkey Processing
​​Always a family operation, the weekend before Thanksgiving, we harvest the turkeys in our state inspected plant on the farm. The value of the processing plant being on the farm is the birds don't experience travel fatigue and aren't stressed. Processing is completed under the watch of Ohio Department of Agriculture
state inspectors. There are different levels of inspection and Johnson Farms processing is at the highest level because it gives more flexibility to our process. Once the birds are chilled and packaged, they are stored in our coolers until delivery or pick-up.
Fresh turkeys will range from 10 to 20+ lbs.
2025 pricing is $4.35/lb.
