2023 Poultry Processing Pricing
Cornish Cross - $4.50/bird
All other chickens - $4.75/bird
Turkeys- Under 30 lbs. - $22.00/bird
Turkeys -30 lbs. and over-$25.00/bird
Geese/Ducks - $22.00/bird
Giblets - $.75/bird
Feet - $.75/bird
Minimum Fee - $25.00 for groups 0f 10 and under chickens
20 lbs. bags of ice - $5.95
Freezer bags and shrink bags

Processing Hints

Do take your birds off food 24-hours before processing

Don't stop giving your birds water

Do not transport in cardboard boxes or sealed containers. Allow birds to have plenty of ventilation and do not over pack them.

Do bring a container (cooler) to take home your freshly processed birds. If you forget, we sell bags and ice during check out.

Experts recommend keeping chickens on ice water for 4-hours and turkeys on ice water8-hours after processing
